Hi! I am Mary Kate, the owner of TCH Spiritual Healing Center (Fanwood) and TCH Apothecary & Spiritual Boutique (Cranford).  For the past 12 years I have been on a spiritual journey to discovery the true meaning of why we are here.  I have learned that we are here to truly know ourselves (not who someone told us we should be) and to be of service to one another.  When we do these things, we learn to live from our heart center rather than our ego center.  It is then that we have space to be of service to our family, friends and community, helping to raise the vibration of this planet (which we can all agree, it needs to happen).

My two businesses are here to be of service to you as you journey to learn who you really are and discovery your soul's purpose. We offer a wide variety of services, experiences and tools to help you connect and go within to become the very best version of yourself.

Alena is an integrative psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker with a Reiki Master, holistic nutrition/wellness specialist and a certified yoga teacher background. She offers mental health therapy services to adults and working professionals through a holistic/somatic approach and Buddhist framework.  As a firm believer of the interconnectedness of the mind-body-soul-spirit in one's healing journey, Alena's approach and perception to healing  considers the "whole person" into one's experiences and emotional states and  goes beyond traditional therapy methods by integrating a diverse range of somatic/spiritual therapy modalities that can help you manage your emotions more effectively and regulate your nervous system. There is also no 'one-size-fits-all' method - all treatments are tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances. Tina Outeiro is the visionary founder and of Retreat Yourself Collective and Inspirational Retreats. After years of running a successful accounting practice, she recognized the detrimental effects of the office lifestyle on her and mental well-being. Despite her achievements, she felt unfulfilled and unhappy, prompting to prioritize healthy habits for a more joyful and productive life. Through diet, exercise, spending time in nature and meditation, Tina transformed her health and discovered her true calling: empowering others to find inner peace. Today, she is a holistic health coach, certified yoga instructor, and level 3 Reiki practitioner Tina has organized and led corporate retreats, positively impacting hundreds by enhancing their health and performance. With extensive experience collaborating on retreats with wellness professionals, she crafts tailored corporate retreats that boost productivity and efficiency for her clients. Welcome to Sunshine & Love Reiki, a heart-centered healing space based in Fanwood, New Jersey, where the energy is clean, pure, and filled with light.

Founded by Melissa Szpala a Reiki Master Practitioner (since 2006), Sunshine & Love Reiki offers a safe and nurturing environment for clients of all ages to reconnect with their inner peace, clarity, and balance. With nearly two decades of experience, I provide in-person sessions, distance healing, group Reiki circles, and motivational energetic support to help you navigate life’s challenges with more ease and alignment.

Catherine Glastal is an energy healer with over 20 years of experience in holistic health and special needs communities. Her journey began as a mother seeking answers beyond conventional care, and it ultimately led her to study and practice various energy healing modalities, including Reiki and Archangel Metatron Color Healing. She is a certified Reiki Master Teacher who is passionate about bringing grounded and practical learning to her students.

While all of her seeking and life experience has brought profound growth, nothing has matched the authenticity and soul level shifts she has found through Family Constellations. As a facilitator, she is committed to helping individuals uncover and release generational patterns and hidden entanglements that may be impacting their health, relationships, and overall well-being. Hi!  My name is Rosemarie and I am a Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist in the state of New Jersey. I have been a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the past 10 years, specializing in fertility & pregnancy, hormonal changes, depression & anxiety, and pain management.

Acupuncture is actually my 2nd career. My patients are always surprised to find out that I started out my adult years as a corporate accountant! I found my way to acupuncture as a patient first.  As many do, I tried acupuncture on a whim, hoping for any relief of my chronic pain & discomfort – and when I left my first session, I felt it. Less pain, more calm, and a lifting of the fog I had been stuck in for months. With that, the love affair began!

Over the course of several years, I experienced the many ways that Chinese acupuncture & herbs could help with almost any challenge I faced – physically, mentally & emotionally.  I became so fascinated & passionate that I finally took the leap to start a Masters program at Pacific College of Health & Science in New York City. After many years of school and passing 4 licensing examinations – and having 2 kids along the way - I was finally able to call myself an acupuncturist! I have loved working with my patients over the past 11 years, and I’m very excited to continue developing my practice here in Fanwood.  I can’t wait to share the wonders of acupuncture and Chinese medicine with you!

Kaitlyn Schobert is the founder of New Light Integrative Counseling, where she blends her years as a Licensed Professional Counselor with her passion for Quantum Neuro Reset Therapy (QNRT). Stephanie Olton, is a holistic practitioner that facilitates healing through reiki therapy (energy balancing), reflexology, nutrition with kinesiology, vitamin and/or herbal supplementation, meditation and spiritual guidance. Stephanie is certified in multiple disciplines and applies her talents accordingly for each session, providing a unique and intuitive experience. She thrives to create a rich, balanced treatment for the mind, body, and soul. A graduate of the Academy of Natural Health Sciences and attuned in Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho by Lee Van Zyl, Stephanie found herself opening Seraphim Wellness 14 years ago to the New Jersey community. She has since been a staple in these areas providing energy healing, nutritional and spiritual guidance.

Cara has felt the call to healing - both within herself and for others - since adolescence. Six years ago, she began connecting with the energy that would become Awaken the Light, beginning with her studies in Reiki. What started as a personal healing journey soon unfolded into ancestral wisdom, embodied magick, and a deep desire to learn from mentors and explore various healing modalities. Today, she weaves all of this into her offerings of education, embodiment, Reiki, and compassionate doula care.

Before stepping fully into this path, Cara spent a decade as a high school music teacher, a role that honed her ability to listen deeply, hold safe space, and guide with patience and compassion. She now is an adjunct professor of voice at Caldwell University. These skills now serve her as a Vocal Embodiment Coach, Reiki Master, Doula and Teacher, where she supports others through thresholds of transformation, healing, and remembrance.

Cara is also in the process of completing her Birth and Death Doula certifications, expanding her ability to serve those at life’s sacred edges. Her work is rooted in lived practice.

As Cara shares: "I go deeply inward and confront hard imprints, experiences, and wounds within myself to gain understanding and insight on how to continue to empower myself and others. I engage with the energy of Awaken the Light daily, refining the message of my work so my offerings can reflect exactly what I can offer the collective - to aid in their empowerment and their inner healer."
